INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU
Paradox may collect and process the following data about you in connection with the Event:
Email address, name, date of birth, country, gender, phone number, allergies, your t-shirt size and nickname.
If you contact Paradox through the contact email, we may keep a record of the correspondence. We may also ask you to complete surveys after the Event used for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them. The surveys are kept anonymised.
At the Event, we might have a photographer taking pictures and you might end up on one. If you don’t want your picture taken, please let the photographer know. If you want to be cropped out or removed from a picture, inform us at email@example.com.
PURPOSE OF COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We collect information about you to be able to provide you with access to the Event. We collect your age to meet our legal obligations for the Event, and your name, phone number and email address to be able to send you information about and during the Event.
We also collect information about your email address and nickname for the purpose of sending you information about our next PDXCON and to be able to provide you with games, if this is included in your purchased ticket type.
Since some ticket types include merchandise and food/snacks, we collect information about your t-shirt size and any allergy you might have. We will, however, dispose of this information after the Event.
We might use the pictures taken at the Event for marketing purposes, where we might include them in promotional ads or on our website.
We collect information about your gender for the purpose of knowing the gender diversity of our guests.
After the Event, we will only store information about your nickname and email address, to be able to send you information about our next PDXCON. This information is stored securely and only shared on a strict need-to-know basis.
